If your order is for unengraved glass only we will ship it within 14 days from receipt of your order. We will endeavour to despatch your engraved glass orders as soon as possible; please allow around 21 days for your glass to be engraved, and a further 3 days for delivery of your order. Orders including both types of glass will only be despatched once all items within the order are ready.
If you are ordering a gift, please ensure that you allow plenty of time if the gift is needed by a particular date.
International orders are shipped via Parcelforce Global Value service to Europe, and Global Economy service to all other destinations. All our glass is carefully packed and boxed to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it is not right for you you can return items, excluding bespoke engraved items, within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your legal right to cancel
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. But you do not have the right to to return or cancel your order of items that have been personalised for you with bespoke initials or an inscription.
How do I return something?
You can send your return by post, packed in its original packing with the delivery note that came with your parcel. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only after it has been received into our warehouse; items lost or damaged in transit will not be treated as returned.

Please note your original delivery charge will not be refunded. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Tara Hamilton as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
