Return & Refund Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it is not right for you and you ordered the decanter without personalisation, you can return it, within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
If however you ordered a personalised decanter, we regret this cannot be returned for refund or cancellation.
Shipping
We will endeavour to despatch all items, except Bespoke, within 14 days. Please allow 21 days for the despatch of personalised items. Your order will be despatched in its entirety, once all the items in the order are ready. Cost of shipping is calculated at check out.
Care Advice
Dishwasher safe.
To keep your glass and crystal in perfect condition we recommend that you occasionally hand wash in warm water using a mild detergent. High temperatures and varying dishwasher detergents can damage the surface and cause a grey film that cannot be removed. We also recommend that you dry your items while still warm, with a soft cloth, taking care to hold the bowl of stemmed glasses rather than the foot. Decanters and vases should be washed soon after use in order to prevent staining.
